A couple of days ago I noticed that the AC isn't blowing cold, just warm. Checked the engine coolant levels, took it to check the hvac coolant levels, checked everything that's visible and it all seems fine. The guy a the hvac shop said it could be the blend door actuator stuck or toast, so I'm taking his advice and trying to reach it to see if that's the problem. With that said, I need to tear apart half of the cabin, so where do I start?

Blend door actuator

Start by taking out the glove box. Remove the little stops or screws, pull it down, and you'll see the blend door actuator on the HVAC box. From there just unplug its connector, undo the mounting screws, and you're ready to swap it out.A couple of days ago I noticed that the AC isn't blowing cold, just warm. That glove box tip by @LostIsland_45 here is something OP should really take note of. Works wonders. I did mine last summer, and it was way easier once I had that out of the way. By the way, OP, if it's clicking or acting weird when you change temperatures, the actuator might be at fault.
