I noticed a significant increase in my insurance premium after renewing with my monthly payment rising by $90. The factory installed immobilizer and the smart key systems are anti-theft features and most of the time insurance companies give discount for them but not automatically, you need to call them to let them know that your Kia has a factory installed immobilizer and smart key with push button. 90 dollars a month is a big jump so you should definitely call them and ask them if you've missed out on some anti-theft discounts.
