Sunroof whistle at 35-55 mph anyone else?

Hey, I have a weird whistle sound in my 2022 Kia Sportage, it starts around 35-55 mph and seems to be coming from the sunroof. It's annoying. Anyone else had this happen? Any tips on what's causing it or how to stop it?

Its gonna be the sunroof seal not sitting well, if so my friend had a similar issue and what he did was that he cleaned it and applied a bit of silicone lube around the edges, and that actually helped a lot for him, same sportage, or you could try add thin foam tape under the wind deflector if it's vibrating

It can also be caused by dust or debris in the sunroof track. I think Kia released a service bulletin about cleaning and lubricating the mechanism to fix it. try asking your dealer if your VIN falls under that!

Mine did the same and yep, turned out to be dirt in the sunroof track letting wind sneak through. After a good wipe of the sunroof rails I sprayed WD-40 Specialist Silicone Lubricant on the tracks and the noise stopped.

I checked with Kia about this. turns out there is a service bulletin for cleaning and lubing the sunroof track, but your VIN has to fall within a certain range.
